The New Clubrooms are Complete!

After many years of lobbying and now what seems like months of construction the new club rooms are finally complete. The builder is performing some last minute fix/touch ups and landscaping will be started shortly; but Enfield Harriers Athletics have been given a set of keys to access the building.

From a walk through the building, the high quality of facilities is clear and apparant. Simply put, the athletic clubrooms we now have are THE BEST clubrooms in the state. The building would even surpass Santos Stadium - on a smaller scale of course. These clubrooms will be a great home for Enfield Harriers Athletics.

Now the task of furnishing and moving into the building begins. Briefly, some of the jobs include:

• 120 chairs have been purchased and they will be given a clean
• A meeting table and 10 tressel tables is to be purchased
• The rubber gym flooring is to be installed
• The gym equipment is to be transported to the grounds, moved into the gym and assembled
• Blinds are to be purchased and installed into the gym
• Throwing equipment is to be moved into the new store room
