Jumps
Enfield Harriers caters for all jumping events - pole vault, long jump, triple jump and high jump.
There are 4 x 45m rubber long/triple jump run ups with 8m jumping pits.
The High Jumpers use a rubber high jump run up square 10m x 16m, with 3 mats of various sizes, uprights and various solid and flexibars.
The Pole Vault athletes use a 30m rubber run up, 1 landing bag, uprights and various solid and flexibars.
In addition, Enfield Harriers owns several sets of plyometric boxes and hurdles for jumping drills.
