Use of Sunbury Little Athletics Centre Equipment for School Athletics Sports
The following information and attached form details the process for organising a loan of athletics equipment for use at your school athletic sports from Sunbury Little Athletics Centre Inc. This year we are formalising the process to try to make it easier for you and ourselves to ensure your athletic sports are efficiently organised and safely managed.
Process for loan of athletic equipment
You need to contact Hume Council (9205-2200) to arrange hire of the track .
Complete the "Equipment Loan Request" form attached.
Contact our Equipment Manager, David Thies (0400 666 149) and provide him the completed "Equipment Loan Request" form.
We will arrange to have the equipment ready for use and will either provide you with access to our garage or send a representative to open (and close up) the garage.
Cost of loan:
A cost of using the equipment is $100.00 per day which is required to be paid prior to or on the day of your competition, otherwise the school will be invoiced this amount.
Please note conditions of loan on the bottom of the "Equipment Loan Request". These conditions relate to:
The school must hold appropriate liability insurance to conduct the event.
The person from the school responsible for conducting the event must have the appropriate competencies to safely conduct the event.
Any equipment damage must be immediately reported to Sunbury Little Athletics Centre (Lyall Clewer or other representative providing access to the equipment). Sunbury Little Athletics Centre Inc reserves the right to invoice the school for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment.
