Athletes compete on separate days:

• Saturday 19^th November - Under  12 - 16 Boys & Girls
• Sunday 20^th November     - Under 9 - 11 Boys & Girls

Athletes must enter online via www.lavic.com.au by no later than Midnight, Thursday 3^rd November 2011.

All athletes compete in five athletic disciplines: 100m, Hurdles, 800m, Long Jump and Discus.

Registration takes place from 7.30am – 8.00am each day with the first event at 8.30am.

Cost - $15 per athlete.

Points are allocated according to the level of performance achieved in each of the five events.
