19 Nations Indicate Interest in Philippine Open 2006

According to inforemation from the PBA, the following countries have indicated their interest to participate in the Philippine Open:  Hong Kong, Korea, Iran, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Japan, India, Macau, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Denmark, Germany, England, Nepal, Philippines.

Due to the new scoring system, interest in this event is high.  Players competing here will take the new strategies into the China Masters the week after the Philippine Open and then on to the Thomas and Uber Cup Finals in April.
