1. Can I take food into the venue?
Yes, you are able to take food into the venue.
 
2. Can I take drinks into the venue?
Yes, you are able to take drinks into the venue so long as the drinks are not in bottles, we do not allow glass onto the course, the bottles will have to go back to the car or be confiscated before entry.
 
3. Can I take alcohol into the venue?
No, there is strictly no admittance of alcohol into the venue under any circumstances.
 
4. Can I purchase food and drinks at the venue?
Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at the venue.
 
5. Where do I park?
Parking is located on the streetside around the venue.  Get there early to get a good spot!
 
6. Can I get a taxi to and from the venue?
Yes, you can get a taxi to the venue, it will drop you off at the front gate upon arrival.  Taxis will be available all day long, although it may be more difficult securing one during peak hours (5 - 8pm).
 
8. How can I find out the daily schedule of play?
The daily schedules of play will be posted on the website as soon as they become available.
 
10. What time does play start?
Play will typically begin in Rnd 1 and 2 around 10am and normally moves slightly later for Rnds 3 and 4, the exact start times will not be confirmed until much closer the date.
 
11. What time does play finish?
Play can finish as late as 7pm in Rnd 1 and 2, and will finish around 5.15pm in Rnd 3 and 4.
 
13. How can I become a volunteer?
We would love you to register your interest in becoming a volunteer, please go to the “contact us” page and forward your details, including name, address and contact details. Organisers will then be in contact with you soon after.
 
14. Can I take my mobile to the venue?
You are permitted to take your mobile phone to the venue, however all phone must be switched off whilst you are watching or in close proximity to the play.
 
15. Can I take and use my camera at the event?
Yes, you are permitted to bring a camera; however flash photography is not allowed during play.
 
16. How do I get a press/photographers accreditation pass?
You must present a press/photographers ID to the media bureau for their evaluation. The Media Bureau and Organizing Committee reserve the right to issue ID's and passes.  Please see the "Media" section of this website for further information.
