Our new Development Officer for 2015
In 2014 the new Hockey Queensland CEO advised the MDHA that we would be required to take over the responsibility for payment of wages and administration for the Regional Development Officer’s Role in Maryborough.
The position was restructured to that of the Development Officer working 25 hours per week, with no administration component, as had been the case in the past. After completion of the application and interview process, Jye Weller has accepted the position for 2015 and will take up the role this month (March).
The MDHA would like to thank our previous RDO, Cheryll Brown for her 14 years service to the MDHA. We acknowledge her commitment to the role during that time and the valuable contribution she has made to the MDHA on a number of levels, from coaching to mentoring (both coaches and umpires) through to administration. We wish Cheryll all the best for the future.
