Note: 

For players who DID NOT play hockey during the 2019 Winter Season, the following fees are payable:

  • Hockey Australia Summer/Indoor:

Senior Levy $17 (over 19 years and above as at 31/12/19)
Junior Levy $12 (9-18 years and under as at 31/12/19)

  • Hockey Queensland Summer Registration 2019/20:

All Players $6.00

1. MDHA Summer/Indoor Registration is automatice (and greyed out)

2. Click on Relevant HA Summer/Indoor Levy (Senior $17 or Junior $12)

3. Click on HQ Summer Registration 2019/20 ($6.00)

Then complete the rest of the questions and pay the fees.
