2017 Central Coast Past President's Christmas Party

Central Coast Branch of the Past President's Association held it's Christmas get together on Monday 20th November at Ettalong Bowling Club. 115 ladies were present.  President Jill of the Association welcomed all and wished everyone a very happy day.  It was lovely to see everyone get 'into the spirit' of the day with their Christmas apparel.  After morning tea it was onto the greens for a fun 'spider' and then a relaxing game of bowls.   Those closest to the 'spider' were 1st: Norma Presdee from Gosford and 2nd: Pat Frost from Umina.  These ladies received the main prizes, but all who participated received a small gift.

A delicious luncheon was then enjoyed and raffles and tombola prizes were drawn with much excitement by the winners.    Prizes for winners and runners up were drawn at random.

Special guests on the day were District President Dianne and President Phyllis and Committe member Mary from the Woy Woy Hospital Auxiliary.

Throughout the year the Central Coast Past President's Association raises money to go to the Hospital Auxiliaries on the Coast.   This is done on a rotatory system and this year it was the turn of the Woy Woy Branch.      President Jill was delighted to present a cheque for $3000.00.   President Phyllis thanked everyone for the very generous donation and told us a bit about what their Auxiliary does.

The Past Presidents would like to thank all for the support they get throughout the year from the clubs on the Central Coast.   It is with their support that this money is raised throughout the year.

President Jill wished all a Merry Christmas.
