The registrations for the 2024 Cross Country Season are now open. 

All existing Mentone 2023-24 summer season members: Your registration with LAVIC remains valid for the cross country season. Please register directly for Bayside Cross Country here. Cost: $40 for the season.

Previous season members who were not active this summer and new athletes: Please first register with LAVIC here. New members can register for a free trial as well.

• Please note: the Region and State events are open to all members. You don't need to participate in the Cross Country season to run in these events. More info to come closer to event dates.

Training: Training with our coach Rupert is starting next week with the start of school term: Monday and Wednesday, 5:00-5:45pm at Dolamore Reserve

Chest patches: 

• Existing summer members: Please bring along your chest patch - it will be required to receve a time
• New members will receive a chest patch.
