At Centre Training 5-6pm tomorrow night we will cover Walks (in preparation for Saturday), High Jump and Javelin (U11 and older), with our skills session for U6/7/8.  Centre Training is free for all registered and trial Athletes.

Unfortunately the weather could be an issue again - please keep your eye out on the website, Team App and social media for a cancellation announcement.  If there is no announcement, training is on.
