Under 6-8 families please arrive at 8:15am for an 8:30 am start.

Under 9-17 families please arrive at 9:45 for a 10:00 am start

We are running Program 1.

U8 families are on set-up duty - please arrive at 7:30 am and sign in with Mat or Scott to have your duty recorded.

U14-U17 are on pack-up duty - please remember to sign out when we are finished packing up.

All Athletes must be fully paid or registered for a free trial.

Chest patches will be distributed by Team Managers.  Free trial athletes, please print your own as per the LAVic instructions or see us in the club room.

Please remember hats, sunscreen and drink bottles and wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes. 

Drinks, snacks and BBQ will be available for purchase.

Please ensure you have your name recorded at the Duty Board if performing a mid-session duty (for Duty Bond refunds).
