Rugby Players Wanted for Police Rugby World Cup
The Victoria Police Rugby Club (the Vikings) are seeking expressions of interest from players to form part of the Australian Barbarians Masters team (over 35s) to compete at the Police Rugby World Cup in Hong Kong. The Police World Cup will be held from September 17th – 28th 2019 and will be hosted by the Hong Kong Rugby Union. Australia will be sending a men’s and women’s team selected from the recent Australian Championships and an invitational Masters team. Players must be aged 35 or older as of 17/9/2019 to be eligible to play Masters.
The Barbarians team will be open to sworn/unsworn members, PSO’s and PCO’s.
