Morrison Captures His Second Blue Ribbon Single’s Title
Terrigal’s Darren Morrison had too many shots in the bag in defeating Wyong’s Mark Wheatley 31-18 in the final of the Central Coast Singles championship played at Terrigal BC on Sunday 18th March.
It was his second prestige blue ribbon Singles Championship title having previously won it in 2015.
Morrison jumped away to a match winning lead of 17-3 before Wheatley settled into his strong drawing game but whenever he held multiple shots Morrison’s accurate on shots constantly converted the head back in his favour.
