Vale - Ron O'Neil
Enfield Harriers is saddened with the death of Life member and stalwart of the club, Ron O’Neil on Saturday Febuary 28th.
Our condolences to Bette, sons Greg, Roger and families.
He joined the club in the 70’s when his sons also joined the club. He trained with Keith Mellon and was still competing with the Masters until a few years ago.
His contribution to Enfield Harriers was outstanding and he was a committed winter official doing the timekeeping and also officiated a numerous events gaining life membership of ASA.
Funeral is Friday 6th March at the Enfield cemetery at 12.30.
