To conclude the 89th Australian Athletics Championships, athletes, coaches, officials and spectators, are all invited to take to the track to farewell the home of Victorian athletics.

Steve Hooker will be signing autographs from 2.30pm Sunday, in the fan zone near the finish line, then he will help lead the last lap following the presentation of the final event at 4.15pm.
