Samuels, who in August became the youngest world discus champion in history, has fast risen to become one of the true stars of Australian track and field.  

But the 21-year-old throws specialist hasn't forgotten where it all began and this week invited the Parramatta Advertiser into her New South Wales home to talk about life at the top.
