Race 1 of the Tasmanian Distance Runner of the Year

Hobarts Eastern Shore was alive with nearly 400 competitiors taking part in the first of the Tasmanian Distance Runner of the Year series.

The first 10 competitors from the 10km event earnt valuable points towards the award.  After race 1, the point score looks like this;

  •       Cadbury Marathon (21.1km and 42.2km) – January 4, Cadbury Estate
  •       Tasmanian 5,000m track championships – March 2009, Hobart
