Notice of Annual General Meeting- 

The Association’s next Annual General Meeting will be held at:

The Meeting Room,
Grandstand,
Ashmore Little Athletics Track
Currumburra Rd,
Ashmore.

Parking is available within the grounds of the Ashmore Athletics Facility.
On SUNDAY, 19 May, 2013 from 1.00PM – 2.00PM

Nominations for Committee Positions Close Sunday, 12 May, 2013.

• 
  At the Annual General Meeting of the Association, all the members of the Committee for the time being shall retire from office, but shall be eligible upon nomination for re-election
• 
  Any two members of the Association shall be at liberty to nominate any other member to serve on the Committee of Directors.
• 
  Nominations for the Committee are to be received by the Association in writing at least 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. The nomination to be signed by the member, the member’s nominator and seconder.
• 
  Nominations can be made on another’s behalf.
• 
  If no written nominations are received, nominations will be taken from the floor.
• 
  Should written nominations be received for each position, no nominations will be taken from the floor.
