Development Squad Power Camp

The 2010 Power camp is nearing and here is what you can expect if attending.
A three night camp where the emphasis is on training and analysing technique.
Coaches attending are Gus Puopolo coach of Comm Games nominees Scott martin, Dale Stevenson and Ben Harradine as well as World Junior representative Kim Mulahy. Gus will be taking the throwers through their paces and trying to help mould our best throwers in to even better athletes.
One of the other coaches is Dr John Boas who has many years of experience under his belt coaching Olympic Long Jump Silver medallist Gary Honey, Olympic Finalists Ian Campbell (Triple), David Colbert (Long).
The third interstate coach attending this camp is Bohdan Babijczuk, Bohdan is familiar with Hobart attending previously to a camp. Bohdan coaches top aussie triple jumpers and is the Conditioning coach at an AFL club and the Australian Boomers.
Our Very own TIS track & Field Coordinator Peter Fortune will be taking all sprinters for a lesson on 400m running and working with the sprinters over the course of the camp.
