ANNOUNCEMENT
AUSTRALIAN YOUTH OLYMPIC FESTIVAL (Sydney 16-21 Jan 2007)
A total of sixty male and sixty female athletes will be invited by Athletics Australia to compete in the Australian Youth Olympic Festival. In order to be eligible to receive an invitation, athletes must have a birth date in the years 1990 and 1991 and have made an application online to Athletics Australia to compete in the event by the 9th December 2006.
Applications can be accessed on the Athletics Australia website.
Athletes should note that there will be no selection standards or selection criteria for this event. Invitations will be made at the discretion of the National Youth Performance Manager.
