Tassie Selects 28 For Sydney

Tasmania will send 28 student athletes to the 2009 School Sport Australia 12 Years and Under Championships at Sydney's Olympic Park.

The championships, which were last held in Launceston in 2007, will run from November 30 - December 2 and include each state and territory from across Australia.

Many members of the team, will carry the experience they learnt from last year's Pacific School Games with them, which were held in Canberra.

Following the Tasmanian Primary Challenge held recently, Athletics Tasmania are pleased to announce the following team of 28;
