The Hunter All Schools will be a regional All Schools athletics event for secondary school students. The event will be held on Saturday 20th of September 2014 and will incorporate the NSW All Schools Multi Event Championships which will extend to Sunday the 21st of September. The meet will be conducted by Athletics NSW and will have Permit Status so athletes can set records and make national rankings.
This event is an ideal warm up for the NSW All Schools to be held a month later. Entry cost for individuals will be $10 and Multi Event participant’s entry costs are $20 (as it is a NSW All School Championship).
NSW All Schools Multi Event Championships
A two day heptathlon and decathlon events will be contested for U/16, U/18 and U/20 age groups. In 2012 a one day pentathlon will be contested for U/14 athletes. This is to allow more athletes to come and try a multi-event. Point scores will be calculated using IAAF point score tables and NSW All Schools Medals will be contest across 4 age groups; U/14 (12/13yrs), U/16 (14,15yrs), U/18 (16,17yrs) and U/20 (18,19yrs).
Open athletes are also able to contest U/20 category. Interested athletes should make their interest known to Scott Westcott (firstname.lastname@example.org )

Hunter All Schools
Individual events will be contested across two divisions, U/14 and U/18. Athletes in throwing events shall throw the correct weight for their age. The one day event program will feature the following events;
Short hurdles (80m-110m) 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, shot put, javelin, high jump and long jump.
The meet will begin at 9:00am and conclude by 5:00pm.
