Tennis New Zealand Seniors has made the decision not to proceed with the
2020 Pascoes Tennis Seniors National Teams Event in the Hawkes Bay.

The safety and welfare of players and tournament convenors is paramount at
this time.   Our decision is based on expert medical advice and is in line with
the recommendations to avoid bringing crowds together to minimise the spread
of coronavirus (COVID-19)

We realise this may cause inconvenience in the short-term however, our
objective is ensuring our community remains healthy

ROTORUA SENIORS TENNIS TOURNAMENT - 21-22 March 2020

Changes to the ITF Seniors Circuit in 2020

The International Tennis Federation has made changes to the ITF Seniors Circuit
in 2020.   These changes include......

• Format changes at various grades, including shorter length tournaments
  and doubles only tournaments to engage more players.
• Ranking points & Consolation events.
• Tournament Naming..
• Tournament Grading Process.
• New financial model for IPIN with the removal of an upfront fee.
• Sanction Fee Changes applied to all grades.
• 2021 ITF Seniors Tournament Structure.

The 2020 ITF Seniors Circuit Changes document has been prepared following
consultation with several groups.   These include the ITF Seniors Player Advisory Panel
and newly formed ITF Seniors Tournament Director & Referee Panel.
