It's official, Whittlesea City Little Athletics is returning on Saturday, 14th November 2020 at 8.30am.
We have been given the nod by Little Athletics Victoria to commence our 2020-2021 season. Our committee has been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our athletes and members under the current COVID-19 restrictions.
The Cross Country Season commences on Saturday, 29th April 2017 at W A Smith Reserve, Lalor.

Competition day for Sunday 11th december 2016 is the JETSTAR ORANGE ROUND.
All athletes across the State will be dressing up in orange and joining the the fun of the LAVic Jetstar Orange Round
It is "Bring a Friend Day" at competition on Sunday, 20th November, 2016!
So if you have a friend who is interested in running, jumping or throwing why not invite them along to join you at Little Aths.
All athletes who "Bring a Friend" will go into the draw to win a $50 iTunes Gift Card - this could be YOU!
Upon arrival at the Track please introduce your friend to your Cub Registrar so online registration can be completed and a Trial SUBWAY Registration Tag issued.

Preparations are underway for the upcoming 2016/2017 summer track and field season.
The track and field event facilities are going to have a major upgrade commencing mid-October and scheduled for completion late February.

Whittlesea City Athletes performed extremely well at the Region Track & Field event held last weekend.
Collectively the athletes amassed 110 medals, with Shehana Wijesundara, Thomas Sims and Mitchel Langborne all breaking NMR records.

It was an exciting day last Saturday as our centre launched a brand new event which has been run and won by two up and coming stars of the track.
The Whittlesea City Plate is a handicapped event that had the fastest runners from each age group running against each other.
Congratulations to Brandon Austin for breaking the centre record for the U16B HJ record for the second week in a row, this time with a jump of 1.93m.
Congratulations also to Shehana Wijesundara for breaking the U10G TJ record with a jump of 9.19m.
Congratulations to Benjamin Theodorou for breaking the U16B shot put record with a put of 13.05m.

Congratulations to Caitlyn Rozario and Brandon Austin for breaking centre records on the first day of competitions for the season. Caitlyn broke the U16G Javelin Record with a throw of 32.51m. Brandon broke the U16B high jump record with a jump of 1.81m.
