Entries:

Teams are entered by the Centre, there is no charge to Athletes.  If you are interested in taking part, please email Janine Dixon on janine.dixon75@gmail.com by this Sunday May 16. You don't have to put together a whole team - Janine will collate the entries and get teams together. If we can't make up complete teams from within our club there is the option to create combined Southern Metro Region teams with other clubs but we may need a bit of time to organise that.  Athletes can run up to two age groups higher than their usual age group if necessary to form teams.

Any questions, please feel free to contact Janine.
