DECATHLON: Event Starts Friday 8th June, 2018 at 3:00pm. Event concludes Saturday 9th June.
HEPTATHLON: Event Starts Saturday 9th June, 2018 at 11:30am. Event concludes Sunday 10th June.
Entries close at midnight on Wedneday 30 May 2018
All QMA athletes from any region are welcome to attend. The cost will only be $5.00 per athlete for QSAC ground fees with QMA paying the cost of Des’s time –what a bargain!

Members are advised that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Queensland Masters Athletics Association Incorporated will be held as follows:

A list of names of persons nominated for positions will be posted on the QMA website and at the Clubhouse at least 14 days prior to the Meeting.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may lodge a postal vote for the election of officers.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to vote on any motions only.

Gold Coast Masters Athletics wish to invite all QMA Members to competition meetings during the Autumn and Winter months at the Griffith University Track.
Next meeting is Sunday 20th May 2018 - 8:00am start.

QMA Half Marathon Challenge 2018 will run from 1st March to 31st October.
Run any half marathon (or more if you are keen) anywhere in Australia during the above period.
The event must be held on a certified course, with electronic (chip) timing.
Please flag your intention to participate by completing THIS FORM.
Each time you complete a half marathon, please complete the RESULTS FORM.
NOTE: There is no entry fee to participate. Certificates will be issued to all participants at the end of the Challenge and some small trophies will be awarded.

Queensland Masters Athletics Association (QMA) promotes fitness, fun and friendship through a range of athletic activities for everyone, from beginner to age group elite standard. Membership starts from 30 years through to 100+.
Competition is conducted in 5 year age divisions, .e.g. M40-44, W55-59. The association currently has around 400 members from all walks of life, all levels of ability and all parts of Queensland and northern New South Wales.

QMA Half-yearly membership will cover you from now until 30 September 2018.
The Half-Year Fee is $30.00.
It includes Base Membership wih QA which provides Personal Accident Insurance cover.
You will be eligible to compete in Out of Stadia Championship events and QA cross country events.
You will also be eligible to compete at the WMA World Masters Track and Field Championships in Malaga, Spain in September 2018.
