Course 1-Dates are Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th, January 2024,with Saturdayy 27th (Being Optional).

Each Lesson goes for approximately 2 hours, please arrive by 9:00am, so that we can allocate equipment. The aim to commence shooting no later than 9.15am

The Final Saturday will be to show you how to integrate with club shoot/sign on/allocation of targets/equipment set-up. Please arrive by 8.00am.

- Name Key parts of the bow, and how to select a bow for themselves 
- Name all parts of an arrow, and able to select arrows 
- Understand brace height / tiller / how to look after equipment 
- Maintain equipment and arrows 
- How to score

You will be given a certifificate of completion after this component.

Warringah Archers will accept juniors as young as 6 years of age, there is no limit to age, so our more senior members of the public are most welcome.

- Closed shoes are important, no open footwear is allowed
- T/Shirt or long sleeved shirt, preferably with a collar, nothing too baggy that will get in the way of a string being released.
- Hat
- Water bottle (if none available, water can be purchased at the club)
- MOST IMPORTANT a SMILE
