Craig Hutton has been appointed as the new President of the Doncaster Baseball Club after John Hollingsowrth announced he was steppind down from the role.

John, who had spent the last five years in the President's role, made the announcement at last Thursday's Annual General Meeting.

John presented his last President's Report for the 2016/17 season at the AGM and highlighted the Deep Creek Reserve upgrade as a key success of 2016/17.

The upgrade saw the resurfacing of the infield and an upgrade to existing lighting for the whole field. 

Lesley Rutherford has also stepped down from her position as a board member. Lesley first joined the board in 2010 and acted as club tresuerer from 2010-2016.

In other appointments, Lachlan Craven has been announced as the new Vice-President, whilst Shannon D'Avoine has been appointed as a board member.
