The recent Doncaster Baseball Club Annual General Meeting saw several changes in the makeup of the board for 2016/17:
 
After 4 years as Vice President, Paul Burgoine has stepped down from the board.
 
After 6 years as Treasurer, Lesley Rutherford has signalled her intention to step down as Treasurer, but will remain on the board.  She has agreed to stay on as Treasurer until a replacement is identified.
 
Dale McGrath has also stepped down as a member of the board.
 
Craig Hutton remains on the board and was appointed as Vice President.
 
New members of the board are Allen Harris and Carolyn Minster.  All other positions remain unchanged.
 
The Doncaster Baseball Club Board for 2016/117 is:
 
President: John Hollingsworth
Vice President: Craig Hutton
Secretary: David Medlin
Treasurer: TBA 

Board members: Lachlan Craven, Carla Gibson, Allen Harris, Rod Lethborg, Carolyn Minster and Lesley Rutherford.
