Our Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting are on Saturday 9th April, starting at 12pm.

The first Presentation session (Age-Group awards) will run from 12:30 - 1:30pm.

The AGM starts at 1:30pm and will run for approximately 1 hour.

The second Presentation session (Club-wide and Special Awards) will start after the AGM at around 2:30pm, and should take around 1 hour.

There will be a giant slide, snowcone machine, popcorn, face painting and activities for the kids to keep them entertained during the AGM. Kids please come dressed for activities.

Free BBQ between 12:00 and 12:45. Limited canteen facilities.

Medallists from all State Events (Cross-Country, Road Relays, Relays, Multi-Event and Track and Field) please bring your medals and Mentone uniforms.

Parent Duty Bond Refunds can be collected after the second Presentation Session.
