There's no time to rest - Southern Metropolitan Region Relays are this Saturday 21st November at Springvale LAC (Ross Reserve, Memorial Drive, Noble Park).

IMPORTANT NOTE - THERE IS NO COMPETITION AT MENTONE THIS SATURDAY FOR ANY AGE GROUP.

Please keep your eye out for detailed Relay information from your Team Managers, in the meantime some important general points about the day are:

• SMR have posted the program and detailed information here.
• We will send out the Parent Duty Roster as soon as it's ready, probably late tomorrow night.  Please remember these duties must be completed by all parents with athletes competing.  Events such as SMR (and Mentone) Relay Day take a massive amount of organisation and your contribution is essential to their success.
• Centre Uniform must be worn.  Please ensure you have the new orange Jetstar patch and that shorts are black with no coloured lines.  Non-Lavic logos need to be smaller than 30x30mm.  At this stage I don't think chest patches are required, I will send an update if this changes.  Full uniform guidelines here.
• The Call Room rules are very strict and will be enforced.  The call room opens 30 mins prior to each event and closes 20 mins prior to the event.  Please arrive with plenty of time to spare to avoid disappointment for the whole team.
