Round 5 is on Saturday 1st November.  As it is Cup Weekend, we are running a shorter program.  

All age groups will start warm-up at 8:45am.

U6 - U8 age groups should finish at around 10:30am.

U9 - U16 age groups should finish at around 11:15am

Under 6 Boys are on set-up duty.  Parent Helpers of Under 6 Boys please arrive at the track by 8:00am to help prepare for the morning.

Under 13 Boys are on pack-up duty.  Parent Helpers of Under 13 Boys please allow time to assist with packing away tents / bunting / flags etc at the end of the session.

Please note that set-up and pack-up are separate (yet equally important) duty responsibilities, not included in the general parent duties that should be allocated using the Parent Duty Roster.

Please don't forget to allocate and perform your duties for the season so that we can refund your $50 Duty Bond.
