With tournaments and other events on the calendar in August occupying every Sunday, the Committee is considering changing the format and location of the meeting to ONLINE (ZOOM), on a weeknight.

The date proposed is Tuesday, 16 August at 7.30 pm.

This is a new approach and we welcome your views.

Obviously, it means people don't have to leave home to attend. It is believed it can be successfully held, including the election of officers. Reports of Officers can be sent prior to the meeting, as well as shared on the screen during the meeting.

Please talk to a Committee member if you have particular misgivings and we'll see if they can be resolved.
