Child Safety

Seaford LAC and Little Athletics Victoria is committed to the safety and well-being of all children and young people involved in Little Athletics. The rights of children are fundamental, and we will be responsive to the needs of all children and young people.

By Victoria’s child-safe standards, we recognise the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children including their cultural safety within our sport, and seek to make our sport safe and fun for all children irrespective of their nationality or cultural background.

Little Athletics Victoria supports the active participation of children in Little Athletics, we will ensure that child safety and wellbeing are embedded in our organisational culture, reflected in our policies and procedures, and understood and practised at all levels of our organisation.
