The Scoring System!!

Athletes' results for each age/gender group are recorded each week and are available online to their family.

 

Personal improvements are the main focus of our centre competitions.  End of season trophies will be awarded to the 3 athletes in each age group with the most personal best performances.

 

The club championship will be held across the last two competions of the season.  Each age group will compete in up to 10 events for points as follows:

1st place - 10 points, 2nd place - 9 points, 3rd place - 8 points, etc, minimum 4 points for competing.

The points are accumulated to determine the Championship medal winners.

 

Many of our athletes also choose to enter the region and state competitions too.
