Coaching Young Athletes DVD

Little Athletics Victoria has commenced releasing a series of coaching DVD's, called Coaching Young Athletes.

The production of the DVD's is through Spinrite Pty Ltd, a support partner of the VLAA. Over the next few seasons every event will be covered throughout the series of 10 - 12 DVD's.

The purpose of the DVD is to provide an instructional resource for the Centre, beginner coach / parent and athlete. The DVD will explain and demonstrate the model techniques required along with basic drills used at training.

Every Centre will receive a copy of the DVD when they are released, additional copies can be purchased from the office. Coaches, parents and athletes can also purchase the DVD. The cost of the DVD is $ 14.95 inc GST plus $1.10 postage.
