Late and On the Day Registration
Helmet Check
It is a requirement of the ACT Police that all participants wear a helmet that is in good condition and meets Australian Safety Standards for the event. It is mandatory for all participants to have their helmet checked prior to commencement of the event, which is to be conducted at the signed marquee within the event hub. If your helmet does not meet the required standards, you will not be able to ride in the event.

Start Times
- 105 km - 8:20 am briefing for 8:30am start
- 68 km - 8:20 am briefing for 8:30am start
- 28 km - 8:50 am briefing for 9:00 am start
- 68km and 105km riders will be starting together according to nominated average speed, see wave details below.
- Please arrive early in order to get your helmet checked and collect your start wave helmet sticker
The Start Procedure
- Pelotons will be staggered by the average speed nominated in your registration. (Faster groups first, slower groups last)
- Each speed group is allocated a helmet sticker which will be provided after your helmet has been checked
- Pelotons of around 100 will depart the start at two minute intervals.

Pre-registered participants:
- Show your helmet to registration officers (it must be undamaged and have an Australian Standards or Snell label attached)
- Collect your rider number bib, free water bottle, helmet sticker from registration
- Purchase/collect event merchandise from the AGF marquee, if not already received in the post.
- Fill in the emergency contact details on the back of the bib and pin to your shirt (front or back)
- Attend briefing, start & have a great ride!
Late and On the Day Registrations:
- Fill in registration form -- available at the start
- Go to registration, with your helmet
- Show your helmet to registration officers (it must be undamaged and have an Australian Standards or Snell label attached)
- Pay & collect rider number bib, free water bottle and helmet sticker
- Fill in the emergency contact details on the back of the bib and pin to your shirt (front or back)
- Attend briefing, start & have a great ride!
