Route Support

Safety for all riders is paramount. As part of the Amy' Gillett Foundation's focus on awareness and safety on the road - take comfort in having marshals, a 'sag-wagon', mobile mechanics and mobile first-aid around the course.

Safety Tips

  • Much of the route will be on shared paths – please remember that shared paths are just that and respect and give way to any pedestrians.
  • Please keep to the left of the path at all times
  • Use your bell or voice to alert other path users you are coming
  • Please moderate your speed, this is a gentle family ride. If you are looking to test yourself you may want to consider one of the on-road ride options.

Signage

Follow the red arrows and friendly marshals to assist you on your way.

Refreshments

Free morning tea at Stromlo Forest Park.

Photography

Look out for the Epsom Rd Studios photographers along the course in their fluoro vests and get your photo taken on the ride. Make sure you take note of the time on the clock positioned up the road from the photographer. As this will be how you search for your photo after the event.

Photos will begin to appear on the Epsom Rd Studio website from Monday 19 March and all photos should be available by Tuesday 20 March.

Don’t forget, $2 of each photo sale is donated to the AGF!
