We’re still in January, but already a lot has happened so far this year, with two Colgate Gamesthree Classic meetings, the Oceania Masters Champs and more!  The summer of 2018 is going to be full of action and we hope that you will enjoy the journey, right through to the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in April!

Many clubs are starting their clubnights for the second half of the season, so if you are not sure of the start date for your club,  check out the club’s website or facebook page or contact the club.

In this issue of Athletics in Action we chat with Olivia McTaggart, one of the stand-out performers at the NZ Secondary School Champs, we look at “running man” Te Huia Apaapa and we catch up with Whanganui runner Liam Back for our “Five minutes with …” segment.

There's much more in this issue of Athletics in Action, so keep reading.
