And if you haven't entered New Zealand's iconic running and walking event yet, you have SIX DAYS   to the end of Earlybird Entries. You can of course enter after that date, but we think you'd like to save a bit and lock it in.

Love running? Well, make sure you stretch. This element of training is as important as the long runs, short runs, hill runs, speed work, strength work and rest days.
One of our official Rotorua Marathon bloggers, Rachel Grunwell from Inspired Health, a Yoga teacher and keen marathon runner, with 15 marathons under her belt - including the last three Rotorua Marathons has some very good stretching advice for everyone taking on the lake in 2017.
