Sectional Draws Released!

 
 

In a moment all participants have been eagerly anticipating since they submitted their entries, we are delighted to bring you the sectional draws for this years' World's Biggest Bowls Festival!

Following last year's exciting first year on the sunny Gold Coast, this year's Australian Open will host a record 4,335 matches over 14 days at 14 wonderful host clubs across south-east Queensland. The Men's Singles alone has an astonishing 864 participants and will feature 216 sections over the first three days of the event.

Draws for the knockout will be released by the end of may along with our competition mangement system.

The Bowls Show premieres this Sunday!

 

 

The moment we've all been waiting for is almost here, with the premiere episode of The Bowls Show to air on SBS at 1:00pm this Sunday!

Missed getting your entry in? Sign up your late entry request

 
 

While the draws for the Australian Open have now been released, bowlers who missed the entry deadline may still be able to participate in the event by submitting a late entry request.

Late entry requests are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis - if an entry becomes available through a withdrawal, our friendly staff will contact you to process the entry fee.

Australia vs Scotland on the Gold Coast

In case you missed it, two of the leading bowls nations in the world, Australia and Scotland, will contest a test series from June 5 - 7 at Broadbeach Bowls Club.

Entry is free to all, and the series will feature a historic first international Jack Attack round, with two Jack Attack matches being filmed for The Bowls Show on the evening of Tuesday, June 7!

If you're a local, make sure you head down to catch some of the Scotland's best, including Alex Marshall MBE, take on your Australian Jackaroos.
