Moguls Skis

Off-Season Freestyle Training Opportunities

Water Jump - For newcomers to freestyle skiing a 4 day water jump camp will be run from 31st October.  The camp will be run by Georgie Leel and is a great way to develop jump skills in a safe environment.  The camp will be aimed at younger skiers who are not necessarily part of a regular mogul training program.  Water ramp is near Lilydale in Victoria.

For further information please contact Georgie Leel at georgieleel@me.com

Whistler Moguls Camp – Momentum Camps  in Whistler are running several 3 day mogul and freestyle camps throughout January 2015.  The camps are run by high level coaches who are mostly current or ex-World Cup skiers.  The camps will include jumping, moguls, park, trees, trampolining and a range of activities to improve base skills and techniques.

For further details, please contact Julia Smart at info@momentumcamps.com

Cross Country Masters

2014 was a stupendous winter. Not so much snow fell, but it fell in all the right places and the cold temperatures ensured that the surface was ideal, almost all of the time. And the weather! What more could an XC skier ask of any winter.

Which brings us to the Master Skiers – no medals this year for persisting in the face of difficult conditions (like those of 2013). The Masters were here to enjoy and compete and add up ticks towards the 2014 Master Skiers Series Draw.
