Established in 1963, Toowoomba Company of Archers (TCA) is the only target archery club on the Darling Downs. TCA members range from Junior to Veteran archers who enjoy archery as a social activity or as a competitive sport in a family-friendly Club.

Come 'n' Try Archery

Come 'N' Try Archery Lesson

• Come 'n' Try sessions are held on the first Sunday of each month except January 

• Each lesson takes about 90 minutes

• Designed to introduce people from the age of about 10 to the sport of archery

• Lessons are conducted by Archery Australia qualified instructors

• All equipment is provided. Recurve & Compound bow.

• Each participant gets to try a Recurve Bow & a Compound bow on the day

Please NOTE: Participants are requested to wear suitable clothing: snug fitting shirt, sun hat, and MUST have enclosed shoes.

• Sign-In & equipment issue - 8:40 am

• Come 'N' Try Session starts - 9:00 am

• Fee - $30

Directions - TCA is co-located with the Toowoomba Clay Target Club.  From Toowoomba - head west on the Warrego Highway - you will see the Archery targets on the north side of the highway - go past the archery range - do a U-turn at the U-turn permitted set of lights and drive east to the car park.

New and renewing membership must be paid via the Archery Australia website.  New members must visit the club and complete a membership application prior to joining online.

RANGE FEE'S

TCA Members - $6.00 - Fee entitles TCA members to participate in OZBOW/Club Rounds and private practice sessions for 7 Days.

***NOTE*** Members who do not attend the organised Saturday rounds but utilise the range at other times are still required to pay the $6.00 range fee.

AA members of other clubs - $10.00

Come and Try Archery - $30

Non-Members - $20 (Safety/Competency assessment required)

U3A Special Interest Group - $10 U3A members may only shoot during specified U3A activities approved by the management committee under supervision of a TCA instructor.
