Hey MEMBERLASTNAME family,
Your Centre's weekly competitions are the main part of Little Athletics Victoria, but did you know that we have other events that you can register for? For our U6 to U8 athletes, we have our Jetstar U6 - U8 State Carnival which is coming up soon and only has limited spots left, so get in quick! For our U9 to U15 athletes, we have our SUBWAY Region Relays, State Multi's and Region Track & Field Championships all coming up.
If you haven't done any of these extra events, why not try something new this season? Representing your Centre at these events are often the highlight of our athletes Little Athletics Journey.

The world’s greatest athlete, Usain Bolt, will compete and captain the ‘Bolt All-Stars’ in a new sports entertainment series set to revolutionise global track and field.
The 2017 State Track & Field Championships are back at Lakeside Stadium after being in Cranbourne last season. This event will return to the 'Home of Athletics' in Melbourne.
Accessing Results
With the season underway for most Centre's, we hope that you have all been able to access your athlete's results. If you are still having difficulty accessing them through the ResultsHQ platform, please refer to the email that has been sent out by clicking here.
Competition Rules
Little Athletics Australia have a set of standard events for all Associations across Australia. This season Little Athletics Victoria are conforming to these standard events which means the below changes to events will be made at a Region and State level;
70m: U11-U12 - Discontinued
80m Hurdles: U9-U12 - Discontinued
300m Hurdles: U13-U14 - Changed to 200m Hurdles
Triple Jump: U9-U10 - Discontinued
1100m Walk: U9 - Changed to 700m
1500m Walk: U11 - Changed to 1100m
The SUBWAY Region Relay Championships are our main team competition for the season.
